Mark your calendars!! Things are different this year but it's not stopping us from celebrating anything and EVERYTHING ice cream! Our first time ever, Virtual Ice Cream Festival featuring Reading Terminal Market merchants, Beck's Cajun Cafe, Fox & Son Fancy Corn Dogs, Loco Lucho's Latino Kitchen, The Famous 4th Street Cookie Company, and Molly Malloy's, will go LIVE on July 18th, 2020!
This virtual ice cream festival idea is so fun, it brought back memories of making homemade ice cream with my family on hot weekends. I love doing ice cream at home, and one summer my old fridge almost ruined the tradition when it stopped cooling the night before a party. Instead of buying a new one, I tried a local refrigerator repair in Pittsburgh service and it saved both the appliance and my budget. Fixing the old machine felt better than tossing it, and it’s been running great since, which honestly surprised me. Little things like this remind me that keeping our favorite traditions alive sometimes just takes a small repair and a bit of care.
