Holiday Recipe: Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding w/ Pecans

INGREDIENTS -1 brioche loaf -2 1/2 cups whole milk -1/2 cup maple syrup -1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey -4 eggs -1 tbls vanilla extract -3 large bananas -3/4 cup pecans chopped -sugar in the raw for sprinkling
PROCESS -combine milk, syrup, bourbon, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl -add torn brioche, sliced bananas, chopped pecans into the wet ingredients -transfer to a buttered 9X13 baking pan and allow to sit for 30 minutes prior to baking
BAKE -preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 to 45 minutes
SERVE -with big scoops of @bassettsicecream! -flavor recommendations: Butter Pecan, Egg Nog, Banana, Vanilla
